Set the parameters of your report by adjusting the **View** settings. **View** options are pre-selected settings that allow you to pull reports based on things like Campaign or Product and designated periods of time (weekly, monthly, etc.). 2. Select your desired **Date Range**. 3. Select and apply filters to refine the scope of your report. * **Accounts** - Select the account. * **Types** - Types of media (Clicks, Calls, or Leads). * **Models** - Select the campaign's exchange type. * **Products** - Pull reporting for one or more product types (Home, Auto, etc.). * **Publishers** - Include all publishers currently being advertised on or designate specific properties. * **Group By** - Optional setting that allows you to aggregate data by specific fields (Publisher, Product, Channel, etc.). Multiple fields can be selected simultaneously. 4. Click the **View** button on the right side of the reporting options to generate the report in the UI. **Export** ![](http://d29u10q7qlh006.cloudfront.net/i/content/image/Export2.png) After generating a report, you have the option to download the data as a CSV or CSV (raw) file by clicking on the **Export** button located on the right side of the reporting options. **Schedule Reports** Additionally, you have the option to automatically schedule reports in regular intervals. After configuring a report, the **Schedule** feature will allow you to set a fixed schedule that delivers reports externally via **E-Mail**, **SFTP**, or **Download via API**. **How to Schedule E-Mail Delivery** ![](http://d29u10q7qlh006.cloudfront.net/i/content/image/ScheduleEmail2.png) 1. After configuring a report, select the **Schedule** button on the right side of the reporting options. 2. Select the "E-Mail" option under **Delivery**. 3. Fill in the **Title** of the report and the **Subject** for an email. 4. Provide a list of email recipients in the **Send To** field. 5. Under **Format**, select what format the report should be delivered in. 6. Choose a delivery schedule from the **Send Schedule** dropdown menu. 7. Click **Submit** after verifying all schedule information. **How to Schedule SFTP Delivery** ![](http://d29u10q7qlh006.cloudfront.net/i/content/image/ScheduleSFTP2.png) 1. After configuring a report, select the **Schedule** button on the right side of the reporting options. 2. Select the “SFTP” option under **Delivery**. 3. Create a report name in the **Filename** field. 4. Select whether or not a trigger file should be created. 5. Fill in the **Host** information and **Port** number. * You may need to explicitly allow inbound traffic from the listed IP addresses for the specified port number in your firewall settings. 6. In the **Path** field, fill in the designated file path. 7. Enter the **Username**. 8. Select the **Login Type** (password or key). 9. Enter the **Password**. 10. Under **Format**, select what format the report should be delivered in. 11. Choose a delivery schedule from the **Send Schedule** dropdown menu. 12. Click **Submit** after verifying all scheduling information. **How to Download Via API** Before you can download reports through the API, you will first need to go into your account settings and list any IP addresses you would like to enable for API access. **Enabling API Access in Account Settings** ![](http://d29u10q7qlh006.cloudfront.net/i/content/image/AccountSettings3.png) 1. From the left hand menu, select Manage > Advertiser accounts. 2. Open the settings menu for the desired account. 3. Click the **Access** tab. 4. In the **IP List** field, input all IP addresses you want to enable for API access. 5. Click **Submit** when finished. From the left hand menu, select Analytics > Reports > Advertiser. 2. After configuring a report, select the **Download via API** button on the right side of the reporting options. 3. You will be presented with a URL that will allow the report to be downloaded through the MediaAlpha Exchange stats API. 4. Enabled IP address should now be listed under **API Access**. * {format}, {date_from}, {date_to} 5. Once parameters have been set, use the URL to download the report.
